The Coach's Corner

I have realized lately that I have stopped doing some of the basic things I used to do that led to the creation of a great life.  Specifically I think I have taken gratitude for granted.  Watch this video as I explain what I used to do and also what I am committed to doing for the next 100 days – join me in the Gratitude Game?

I will play the gratitude game on FB, too. I am grateful to you for suggesting it. I will also begin the 29 gift challenge tomorrow. Should be great fun!

Rich, I am grateful for you and your passion. Thank you for making me realize how important our friends are to us and how much we should appreciate them.

  • Robin, what is the 29 gift challenge??

  • Robin

Cami Walker wrotea book about it; it is based on a practice given to her by an African medicine woman when she was suffering from the pain and debilitation of an MS flare. You give away something each day for 29 days. It switches your mindset as you realize you are abundant no matter what your situation. Cami’s website is http://www.29Gifts.org

  • Rich many teachers, mentors and coaches talk about gratitude and it’s significance in stepping into a more expansive version of our life
You were one the first people I came to meet that spoke about the 10/10
I’ve been doing my 10/10 for a couple of years now both on paper and out loud while walking my crazy puppies.
The gifts of abundance begin to show up in many little things that help us realize that living in gratitude shows up in all areas of our life each and everyday.
Thanks for the reminder to start of the New Year.
